As the frontline of our business our workforce are undoubtedly the key to us running our business in a successful manner. We take great care in the recruitment of our directly employed staff to ensure that they have the necessary trade skills. We believe the development of all members of our staff is crucial and this starts from their first day of employment when they will undertake a detailed induction to the company. As well as ensuring that our workforce have the relevant CSCS qualifications we encourage those members who wish to pursue further personal development by gaining relevant NVQ and job specific qualifications.
Where required we use specialist trade sub-contractors from our approved list. We ensure these sub-contractors have the relevant skills and qualifications for the work they are to undertake and they are always CSCS approved.
