Kevin Drew
Managing Director

After several years of learning the onsite skills of the decorating trade with his father and grandfather, Kevin formed KSD in 1979. As the business has evolved and grown he has learnt the necessary skills required of him from contract and commercial management of individual sites through to his current position as Managing Director. Throughout this period Kevin has been instrumental in the training and mentoring of management as they have progressed through the company.

John Frier
Production Director

John joined KSD as a decorator in 1992 and has progressed through the management team becoming a supervisor in 1994, a manager in 1996 and a director in 2001. As a highly skilled tradesman he has been fundamental in ensuring that we always deliver a high quality end product.

Stephen Page
Commercial Director

Steve graduated from the University of Bournemouth in 1995 and joined a major national contractor as a surveyor. He continued to progress through the company gaining valuable training and experience across a variety of sectors before deciding on a change of direction and joining KSD in 2001. In 2005 he was made a director. He has been instrumental in this period in setting up many of the commercial systems the company now has in place.

Ruth Drew – Company Secretary

Ruth has been involved in the running of the company since its inception and continues to have an input in all office based aspects of the business.
