Sand, Sun and Redecoration at Sandbanks

Can you imagine a more challenging contract than carrying out repairs and redecoration to one hundred and fifty seven beach Huts during the harshest winter in thirty years (with a fixed completion date).

That is exactly what we did. This would have been a challenging task during any normal winter but with the constant ice and snow we have experienced this year the conditions tested our organisational skills to the extreme. 

Fortunately we were able to deploy men on a daily basis to a large project in Poole that could accommodate labour fluctuation, so the lads were kept gainfully employed when conditions were just too bad to work on the sea front. The work had to be carried out during the winter months in order that the least inconvenience and disruption was caused to the tenants. Fortunately, we were able to complete the project on time and hand the gleaming Beach Huts back to Poole Borough Council.
