	We have now received our certificate confirming that we have made a commitment to work towards becoming an Investor in People and look forward to gaining our accreditation in the future.

Title:	CSCS the next step Spring 2007	VIEW DETAILS
	We have already reported in previous news items our commitment to the CSCS scheme. With almost 100% success rate we have applied for our Gold Card which confirms that our commitment continues and that we have between 75-100% accreditation for our PAYE staff.

	The start of 2007 has seen a huge influx of quality enquiries.   Already we have submitted in excess of 2.5m worth of tenders.  It looks like a busy year ahead.  The Estimators have certainly been kept busy in January!

Title:	Poole Office off to a great start in 2007	VIEW DETAILS
	This year is off to a great start for our new Poole office.  We are in the final stages of securing what may turn out to be a one million order for a premium project in Dorset.  This will secure employment not only for our directly employed staff but also for up to 30 local tradesmen in the Portland and Weymouth areas. Wlll done to both Daves at our Poole office, a most encouraging start.

Title:	Tender Enquiries December 2006	VIEW DETAILS
	To improve the service we provide by our estimators, all enquiries will now be priced at our head office.  This  will be of great benefit to all contractors as it will ensure that we improve our return times, monitor our rates, and have one point of contact as far as any queries are concerned. We still have each of our regional offices fully operational but because of the ability for all pricing to be carried out with our estimating team at head office it will allow each office manager to provide an overall improved service, spend more time on site and servicing our clients needs more effectively. We trust that you will embrace the changes that we have made and look forward to providing you with a simplified and more effective service in the future.

	The move from our Dorchester office to Poole is now complete.  A full refurbishment has taken place a the new office and customers are invited to call in for a coffee and chat with Dave and his team.

	Congratulations to our Poole office who have been awarded a NHBC Top 100 Award for the successful completion of a large building project in Dorchester. Well done to everyone involved!

	We didn't have the busiest of winters, several of our major projects were slowed down or postponed by our clients but with an impressive input from our Sales and Marketing team and many repeat orders I am delighted to announce that we have already secured over 50% of next year's forecasted turnover.  A special thank you to our new team at Bristol and to Wendy.  Bristol has been a tricky 'nut to crack' but we now have some blue chip clients, a healthy order book and an enthusiastic team of local managers and decorators ready, willing and able. Thank you to all our regular and new clients.

Title:	One Million at Fareham Office	VIEW DETAILS
	Fareham order book topped the magic one million pounds. With an enourmous effort from the entire team we are delighted that by month five KSD Fareham had achieved this remarkable milestone.  Equally pleasing is that a very large proportion has been won by repeat orders from existing clients.
